With the weather cracking the 30 degree mark and the sun coming out for the first time in 2 weeks yesterday in Buffalo, I was overcome with thoughts of breaking out my vintage roller-skates. Then I came across this video and it took me to a whole new level of weather/roller-skating envy. Instead, I had to settle for dancing in my office like the old man at the 2:25 mark of the video.

Ok, amateur comedy hour aside, this is a great new single off the upcoming album The Electrician by Princeton (due out 3/29 on Hit City USA). As many of the readers may know, I like matching songs with seasons and this might be a good one for spring/early summer. Enjoy and you can grab a free download of the song at Stereogum.

This is a new track from The Dodos upcoming album No Color, due out March 15th. Neko Case lends her talents to a few of the tracks on the album, although not this one. However, she did select it as her favorite track. You can grab the download free courtesy of French Kiss Records.
